What's the Plan?
HI NICE TO MEET YOU!: Learn to introduce yourself and to ask basic questions to get to know others. This session will jump start your ability to make friends in a different language!
AT THE MARKET: Learn and practice idenifying, describing, and asking about things at the market! We will host a small market within our class, so come prepared for fun.
MY INNER CIRCLE: Practice describing family and friends to explain who these important people are. Ask questions about other people to get to know your classmates and their communities!
GETTING AROUND TOWN: Practice giving and following in a fun scavenger hunt. This real-world approach to learning your way around will soon have you navigating Spanish cities like a pro!
IN THE KITCHEN: We will learn more about food and food preparation in this interactive, realistic activity designed to help us converse and interact in authentic ways.
ACTIVITIES AND HOBBIES: What do you love to do with your free time? Lets talk about our interests and activities and gain vocabulary and insights along the way!
LIFESTYLE AND HOMES: What is your ideal home or place to live? What’s your perfect day? In this session, we will look at different housing and lifestyles around the Spanish-speaking world as a basis for discussing our perfect homes and lives.
VACATION: Do you love travel or dreaming about travel? We do too! Let’s share about our next vacations and the steps and places along the way.
